We deliver to all EU countries, Norway & Åland from our warehouse in Sweden. Available shipping methods will be shown once you select your country in the delivery address form at checkout.

Please note that delivery time is calculated from when your order is shipped. Orders placed before 09:00 on weekdays are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are packed and shipped the next business day.

Delivery options in Sweden

In Sweden, we offer various shipping options with PostNord or DHL.
You can select your preferred method at checkout. Delivery time is generally 1–5 business days.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier workload. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times and rely on agreements with our shipping partners.
The cost for shipping, including VAT, will be shown in the cart when you select your shipping method. You can also view our full price list.

PostNord Varubrev:
Your order will be sent as a Varubrev and delivered to your mailbox within 2–5 days. If the parcel does not fit in the mailbox, PostNord may choose to hang it on your door.

PostNord MyPack Collect:
Your order will be sent to a PostNord service point within 1–3 business days.

Please note that the standard holding time at the service point is 7 days. If the parcel is not collected within this time, it will be automatically returned to us. See section 2 in our terms for uncollected orders.

PostNord now allows you to change the pick-up point or extend the holding time. Click on the tracking link you receive when your order is shipped to make changes. Any additional costs charged by PostNord will be your responsibility.

PostNord Home Delivery:
Delivered to your specified address. You can track your shipment in the PostNord app and plan for delivery. Delivery is typically within 1–3 business days but may vary depending on your location.

DHL Service Point:
Your order will be sent to your nearest DHL service point. Delivery within 1–3 business days.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping is only available during campaigns and is not always an option. When using a free shipping offer, delivery will be made via PostNord Varubrev.

International Shipping

Tracked letter – usually 4–8 days. Delivery will be made via the local postal service to your mailbox or a service point. This option applies to campaigns with free shipping.

Home delivery with signature – 4–7 days (applies to campaigns with free shipping and order value over 900 SEK).

DHL Express usually 3–5 days – see full list.

For free shipping offers, your order will be sent as a "Tracked Letter."

Customs for international deliveries

Orders within the EU do not require customs clearance.

Comfydence is registered for Norwegian VOEC, so customers do not pay customs fees.

For deliveries to Åland, customers are responsible for customs fees. Prices shown for customers ordering from Åland are exclusive of VAT.


Returns

Email us at service@comfydence.se if you want to make a return.

If you want to return an item or use our Try & Love Guarantee, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. For returns using our prepaid return label, we deduct 65 SEK (including VAT) when refunding your order. We do not refund the original shipping cost from your order when you use your right of withdrawal or Try & Love Guarantee.

International Returns
If you want to return an item or use our Try & Love Guarantee, you cover the return shipping and choose your own carrier. Please include a note with your name and order number. Send returns to:
