How do period panties work?
Period panties / absorbent panties are really quite simple. The panties feel like regular underwear but have a thin layer of protection that absorbs fluid and protects against leakage.
The material of the panties allows air to circulate. This means the surface feels dry, minimizing odor and creating a gentle enviroment for the intimate areas.
Period panties can replace other protection, i.e. pads, tampons and panty liners.

How much do the period panties absorb?
More than you can imagine! Our panties come in different absorption levels for different flows:
-Light: leak protection for occasional drops, light flow or heavy discharge. Replaces multiple panty liners.
-Light/medium: the swimwear works for light flow in water but has high absorption when dry.
-Medium: for moderate flow or heavy discharge. Replaces several pads/tampons at normal level
-High: for moderate to heavy flow. Can be used for many hours and replaces several pads/tampons at the plus level
-Super: for those who bleed heavily or want to use the panties for a longer period of time. These panties absorb large amounts and replace several super-level pads/tampons
-Ultra: our most absorbent and leak-proof panty with protection all the way up to the elastic at both the back and front.
If you are unsure which level is right for you, we recommend starting with Super or Ultra absorption. They will help you feel completely safe for up to 24 hours.

How often do you need to change your period panty?
It is up to you how long you want and can wear a pair of period panties. Depending on your flow and absorption level, the panties will last for different lengths of time.
By keeping the surface dry and the air circulating, they stay fresh for a long time. Most people can wear the same panty for 8-24 hours.
The panties always come in a practical bag that is easy to take with you if you need to change them during the day. Since the bag is moisture and odor-proof, it is good to store used panties in it.

How do you wash period panties?
It's easy!
1. Rinse thoroughly in cold water
2. Wash the menstrual panties in a 40 degree machine wash. Use a laundry bag. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
3. Hang dry
Now the panties are ready to be used again and again❤
The panties last at least 50 washes and often longer if the instructions are followed.
