Returning an item is easy.
- Send an email to service@comfydence.se to let us know about your return and the reason.
- Pack the panties, including the tags and storage pouch. If possible, reuse the packaging from your delivery.
- Attach the prepaid return label to the package and send it back to us.
- We’ll refund your purchase within 10 days after the return has been registered at our warehouse.

To ensure the best absorption, we always recommend washing your period panties before using them for the first time.
After use,
- Rinse in cold water then wash the panties in the machine at 40 degrees. Cotton period panties can be washed at 60 degrees but we don’t recommend it as it increases wear on the material and color. It’s fine to wash them with other clothes and using a laundry bag is a great way to protect them from things like sharp edges. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners and do not tumble dry or iron.
- Hang dry. Once dry, your period panties are ready to wear again.
The panties have been tested to last at least 50 washes so follow our washing and care advice to give them the longest life possible. ❤️

Shipping options to countries outside Sweden will appear once you enter your delivery address. Orders placed before 9:00 AM on weekdays are picked and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM or on weekends are shipped the next weekday.
Sweden: We deliver your items all over the country and offer different shipping options with Postnord or DHL. You can choose your preferred option when you shop.
Postnord Parcel Letter: Your delivery is sent as a parcel letter and will be delivered to your mailbox within 2-5 days. If it doesn’t fit in the mailbox, it may be hung on your door.
Postnord MyPack Collect: Your delivery is sent to a Postnord pickup point within 1-3 working days.
Postnord Home Delivery: Your delivery is made to the address you provide. You can track your shipment in the Postnord app and plan to receive it. Delivery time is within 2-5 working days.
DHL Pickup Point: Your order is sent to the nearest DHL pickup point. Delivery within 1-3 working days.
