Here’s how to make a return:
Returning an item is easy.

• Send an email to service@comfydence.se to let us know about your return and the reason.
• Pack the panties, including the tags and storage pouch. If possible, reuse the packaging from your delivery.
• Attach the prepaid return label to the package and send it back to us.
• We’ll refund your purchase within 10 days after the return has been registered at our warehouse.

Free shipping on your next order
You cover the cost of return shipping yourself. When you contact us to make a return, we’ll give you a free shipping code for your next purchase.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we can’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order instead.

To ensure the best absorption, we always recommend washing your period panties before using them for the first time.

After use,

• Rinse in cold water then wash the panties in the machine at 40 degrees. Cotton period panties can be washed at 60 degrees but we don’t recommend it as it increases wear on the material and color. It’s fine to wash them with other clothes and using a laundry bag is a great way to protect them from things like sharp edges. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners and do not tumble dry or iron.
• Hang dry. Once dry, your period panties are ready to wear again.
  The panties have been tested to last at least 50 washes so follow our washing and care advice to give them the longest life possible. ❤️

We deliver throughout the entire EU, Norway, and Åland.

Shipping options to countries outside Sweden will appear once you enter your delivery address. Orders placed before 9:00 AM on weekdays are picked and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM or on weekends are shipped the next weekday.

Sweden: We deliver your items all over the country and offer different shipping options with Postnord or DHL. You can choose your preferred option when you shop.

Postnord Parcel Letter: Your delivery is sent as a parcel letter and will be delivered to your mailbox within 2-5 days. If it doesn’t fit in the mailbox, it may be hung on your door.

Postnord MyPack Collect: Your delivery is sent to a Postnord pickup point within 1-3 working days.

Postnord Home Delivery: Your delivery is made to the address you provide. You can track your shipment in the Postnord app and plan to receive it. Delivery time is within 2-5 working days.

DHL Pickup Point: Your order is sent to the nearest DHL pickup point. Delivery within 1-3 working days.

Free Shipping: Occasionally, we offer Free Shipping. If you take advantage of this offer, your items will be sent via Postnord Parcel Letter.

Delivery Time: Delivery times can sometimes be affected by the workload of the shipping company. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times but rely on agreements with our suppliers. Shipping prices at checkout include VAT.

Stay Lazy was originally just a working name for the period underwear, representing the essence of our brand – feeling comfortable and confident every day. We didn’t know what to call it when we were designing the pattern and fit, but we had a clear idea that it should make managing leaks easier, and Stay Lazy fits that perfectly. 😊

Stay Lazy was the first pair we developed after testing many period underwear from other brands. We really wanted to create underwear that had all the qualities we found important ourselves, especially when trying this new type of protection for the first time. We wanted it to have super absorption and full coverage all the way to the back for reliable protection, a fit we liked, hidden seams, and pretty lace so you could feel good every day of the month. And I think we succeeded! Even though preferences differ and there are underwear for every occasion, Stay Lazy has become one of our most popular pairs. My hip measurement is about 98 cm and I wear size Medium – EU 38/40.

It’s amazing what a nice lace can do. Don’t get me wrong, I love Get Cozy which has the same shape except for the lace, but with Stay Lazy’s lace I feel more dressed up and a little nicer. I also like the geometric lace pattern and the overall fit. When we first developed Stay Lazy, the idea was to create a truly classic pair of underwear, one you wouldn’t hesitate to wear at the physiotherapist, doctor, or locker room around others. I can definitely stand behind that—I’ve even received comments that the underwear is so nice and looks like regular underwear. I choose size Medium – EU 38/40, but can also wear Large – EU 42/44 for my hip measurement of 104 cm.
