Returning an item is easy.

• Send an email to service@comfydence.se to let us know about your return and the reason.
• Pack the panties, including the tags and storage pouch. If possible, reuse the packaging from your delivery.
• Attach the prepaid return label to the package and send it back to us.
• We’ll refund your purchase within 10 days after the return has been registered at our warehouse.

You cover the cost of return shipping yourself. When you contact us to make a return, we’ll give you a free shipping code for your next purchase.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we can’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order instead.

To ensure the best absorption, we always recommend washing your period panties before using them for the first time.

After use,

• Rinse in cold water then wash the panties in the machine at 40 degrees. Cotton period panties can be washed at 60 degrees but we don’t recommend it as it increases wear on the material and color. It’s fine to wash them with other clothes and using a laundry bag is a great way to protect them from things like sharp edges. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners and do not tumble dry or iron.
• Hang dry. Once dry, your period panties are ready to wear again.
  The panties have been tested to last at least 50 washes so follow our washing and care advice to give them the longest life possible. ❤️

Shipping options to countries outside Sweden will appear once you enter your delivery address. Orders placed before 9:00 AM on weekdays are picked and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM or on weekends are shipped the next weekday.

Sweden: We deliver your items all over the country and offer different shipping options with Postnord or DHL. You can choose your preferred option when you shop.

Postnord Parcel Letter: Your delivery is sent as a parcel letter and will be delivered to your mailbox within 2-5 days. If it doesn’t fit in the mailbox, it may be hung on your door.

Postnord MyPack Collect: Your delivery is sent to a Postnord pickup point within 1-3 working days.

Postnord Home Delivery: Your delivery is made to the address you provide. You can track your shipment in the Postnord app and plan to receive it. Delivery time is within 2-5 working days.

DHL Pickup Point: Your order is sent to the nearest DHL pickup point. Delivery within 1-3 working days.

Free Shipping: Occasionally, we offer Free Shipping. If you take advantage of this offer, your items will be sent via Postnord Parcel Letter.

Just Chillin was created at the request of many who had tried Get Cozy and liked the model. It was launched in the spring of 2022 and quickly entered the top list. We like it very much ourselves, read more about why here.

Anna: If Get Cozy is my favorite during the night, Just Chillin is my absolute favorite for the day! Because Just Chillin only has protection in the crotch, I don't even feel like I'm wearing a period panty / incontinence panty and I actually completely forget that I'm on my period. Just Chillin came about because we wanted to make a thinner and more lightweight version of Get Cozy and it has allowed me to be even more comfortable on days when I don't have so much of a period that I need maximum absorption. Now that I've gotten to know my bike, I use a panty with super absorption for a couple of days, but both before and after it works great for a whole day with Just Chillin, which has medium absorption. I have a hip measurement of approx. 98cm and use size Medium - 38/40.

Linda: Just Chillin allows me to relax regardless of where I am in my menstrual cycle or if, for example, I want to feel safe during a workout. It happens that I can get stress incontinence, for example, when I jump or run. Then a Just Chillin fits very well. The hidden seams make it invisible under training clothes and in the changing room, and it looks like any other panty. If I use the panties when I'm bleeding really heavily, I have to make sure to change within about three hours. As it only has protection in the crotch, I prefer to use it during the day - but on days with lighter flow I can wear it for 24 hours. I choose size Medium - 38/40, but can also use Large - 42/44 for my hip measurement of 104 cm.
