Here’s how to make a return:
Returning an item is easy.

• Send an email to service@comfydence.se to let us know about your return and the reason.
• Pack the panties, including the tags and storage pouch. If possible, reuse the packaging from your delivery.
• Attach the prepaid return label to the package and send it back to us.
• We’ll refund your purchase within 10 days after the return has been registered at our warehouse.

Free shipping on your next order
You cover the cost of return shipping yourself. When you contact us to make a return, we’ll give you a free shipping code for your next purchase.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we can’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order instead.

To ensure the best absorption, we always recommend washing your period panties before using them for the first time.

After use,

• Rinse in cold water then wash the panties in the machine at 40 degrees. Cotton period panties can be washed at 60 degrees but we don’t recommend it as it increases wear on the material and color. It’s fine to wash them with other clothes and using a laundry bag is a great way to protect them from things like sharp edges. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners and do not tumble dry or iron.
• Hang dry. Once dry, your period panties are ready to wear again.
  The panties have been tested to last at least 50 washes so follow our washing and care advice to give them the longest life possible. ❤️

We deliver throughout the entire EU, Norway, and Åland.

Shipping options to countries outside Sweden will appear once you enter your delivery address. Orders placed before 9:00 AM on weekdays are picked and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM or on weekends are shipped the next weekday.

Sweden: We deliver your items all over the country and offer different shipping options with Postnord or DHL. You can choose your preferred option when you shop.

Postnord Parcel Letter: Your delivery is sent as a parcel letter and will be delivered to your mailbox within 2-5 days. If it doesn’t fit in the mailbox, it may be hung on your door.

Postnord MyPack Collect: Your delivery is sent to a Postnord pickup point within 1-3 working days.

Postnord Home Delivery: Your delivery is made to the address you provide. You can track your shipment in the Postnord app and plan to receive it. Delivery time is within 2-5 working days.

DHL Pickup Point: Your order is sent to the nearest DHL pickup point. Delivery within 1-3 working days.

Free Shipping: Occasionally, we offer Free Shipping. If you take advantage of this offer, your items will be sent via Postnord Parcel Letter.

Delivery Time: Delivery times can sometimes be affected by the workload of the shipping company. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times but rely on agreements with our suppliers. Shipping prices at checkout include VAT.

When we developed our first period bra for bathing, we wanted to make it very classic, simple and easy to match with a regular bikini top. The panty was named Sunshine because it reminds of summer's lovely bath and feels attractive all year round.

Anna: Both me and my daughter experience an incredible freedom to be able to sunbathe, swim and bathe with a menstrual cup specially adapted for this. My daughter who likes to sunbathe on vacation prefers the Sunshine model which fits her bikini tops and doesn't cover too much. In it, she feels safe for a whole day on the beach during the first and last days of her period. She has previously used a tampon when bathing but feels completely safe and does not have to worry about changing the tampon in time. My daughter has a hip measurement of 90 cm and uses size XS – 30/32.

Linda: So the relief that Sunshine brings is almost indescribable. It's so nice to be able to bathe during your period and avoid tampons. I've tried the menstrual cup too, but never really got comfortable with it. It feels very nice not to introduce anything into the body during the bath and I think the panties are tight and do not leak menstrual blood, neither in the water nor on the towel when I sit down. Sunshine is really similar to my regular bikini bottoms, so no one can tell the difference, which is also nice. With a hip measurement of 104 cm, I choose size Medium – 38/40.
