Rules of competitions
This information applies to competitions organised by Comfydence AB. The rules also cover giveaways and activities that are included under the term “competition.”
By completing the required steps to participate, you confirm your participation and accept Comfydence AB’s competition terms and conditions. To be eligible, participants must be over 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. By entering, you agree that your contact details may be used for marketing purposes.
By participating, you confirm that you own the submitted entry (such as photos, texts, or similar) and agree that it may be used by Comfydence AB for marketing purposes after the competition has ended. In such cases, no compensation will be paid to the creator(s).
We reserve the right to remove and report any entries that are deemed illegal or otherwise ethically or morally offensive.
The winner will be contacted through the communication channel specified for the particular competition once it has ended. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to select another winner.
The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
The winner is selected by Comfydence AB, and the decision is final and cannot be appealed.
Any applicable prize tax is paid by the winner.
Comfydence AB organises and is responsible for the competition. If the competition is published on social media, it is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the chosen social media platform in any way.
Employees of Comfydence AB and their close relatives are not eligible to participate in the company’s competitions.
