Sizes can also differ slightly between models depending on, for example, how much the fabric stretches and the stretch of the protection. What do the drop symbols mean?
The drops correspond to the symbols you usually see on tampons, pads, and liners. They indicate how much liquid the material can absorb. Choose absorption level based on your flow. If unsure, we recommend choosing the same level you use on other protection, or pick the highest level to feel secure for longer.

For light periods, discharge, or occasional spotting.

Medium – three drops
For light to moderate periods and heavy discharge.

How long can I wear a panty without changing?
You can wear the same panty for up to 24 hours. It depends on the situation, flow intensity, and absorption level. At first, it’s good to check a bit to learn what the panty can handle and what you feel comfortable with. A panty with super- or ultra-absorbency often stays dry for a full day or night (8–24 hours). A panty with lower absorbency suits lighter flow or if you have the opportunity to change during the day.
Can period panties replace other menstrual products?

How many panties do I need?
